1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using any feature of the platform 922be (accessible at https://922be.com), you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and the guidelines of Responsible Gaming. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not authorized to use 922be's services.

2.2 One Account per Person

Only one registration is permitted per individual, CPF, email address, and device. Creating multiple accounts — whether by the same user or by different people using the same details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate cancellation of all accounts involved, including the blocking of any pending balances and bonuses.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided to 922be. If there is a discrepancy between your registration details and the documents submitted during the verification (KYC) process, the platform reserves the right to request additional documentation or suspend your account until the issue is resolved.

3. Identity Verification (KYC)

4.1 General Deposit Rules

All deposits must be made in the account holder's own name. 922be does not accept third-party deposits — any transaction identified as originating from someone other than the account holder may be returned and the account suspended for review. Deposited funds are credited to the account immediately upon payment confirmation, except for boleto, which follows the standard processing timeframes of the Brazilian banking system.

4.2 Deposit Limits

There is no maximum deposit limit for verified users. Users whose verification is in progress may have temporary limits applied until KYC is complete. 922be reserves the right to set individual limits in situations that indicate a risk of problem gambling, in accordance with responsible gaming guidelines.

5. Withdrawals

922be processes withdrawals exclusively for users who have completed identity verification (KYC). The withdrawal method must match the one used for the deposit and must always be in the account holder's name.

5.1 Timeframes and Amounts

• Pix: minimum withdrawal of R$ 30.00, processed within up to 5 minutes after approval. No fee for verified users;
• TED Transfer: processing within up to 24 business hours, subject to banking system operating hours;
• Other methods: up to 3 business days, subject to each payment provider's rules.

5.2 Withdrawals with an Active Bonus

Withdrawals are not available while a bonus with a pending rollover is active. The user may choose to cancel the active bonus to release the withdrawal of the deposited amount, but will forfeit the bonus and any winnings generated from it. Withdrawals from the real balance (not tied to a bonus) are processed normally even with an active bonus, provided the bonus and real balances are kept separate in the account.

5.3 Withdrawal Refusal or Delay

922be may hold or delay a withdrawal in the following situations: incomplete identity verification, suspected fraudulent activity, use of multiple accounts, evidence of bonus abuse, or instruction from a competent authority. In all such cases, the user will be notified and given the opportunity to provide additional documentation.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

922be offers bonuses and promotions to its users from time to time. Each promotion has specific terms that take precedence over the general rules in this section. The general conditions that apply to all bonuses are:

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New users who make their first deposit receive 100% bonus on the deposited amount, up to R$ 500.00. The bonus is automatically credited to your account once the deposit is confirmed. Conditions:

• Valid for each user's first deposit only;
• Sports Betting rollover: 5x the bonus amount, with minimum odds of 1.50 per selection;
• Casino rollover (including crash games): 30x the bonus amount;
• Rollover deadline: 30 days from the registration date;
• Voided, cancelled, or early cash-out bets do not count toward the rollover;
• The bonus cannot be transferred, assigned, or converted to cash before the rollover requirement is met.

6.2 Other Promotions

Additional promotions — such as weekly cashback, odds boosts for specific Brasileirão or Libertadores events, and seasonal offers — are announced on the platform with their own specific terms. 922be reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end any promotion at any time, with prior notice to affected users.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

922be monitors betting patterns to detect bonus abuse — such as betting on both sides of the same event, placing combination bets with artificially low odds, or coordinating activity across multiple accounts. Users identified with abusive patterns will have their bonuses cancelled and may have their account suspended.

7. Sports Betting

Sports Betting on 922be covers more than 30 disciplines, including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Copa do Nordeste, state leagues, and major European competitions), basketball (NBB and NBA), MMA and UFC, volleyball (Superliga), e-sports (CBLOL, CS2, Valorant), and many other sports.

7.1 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled based on the official results published by the competition's governing body. If there is a discrepancy between preliminary results and the confirmed official outcome, 922be will use the official result for settlement purposes, regardless of when it is confirmed.

7.2 Cancelled or Postponed Events

• Cancellation: bets are cancelled and the full amount is returned to the account balance;
• Postponement: pre-game bets remain valid for up to 48 hours. If the event does not take place within that period, the bets are cancelled and the stakes refunded;
• Game interruption: live bets on events interrupted after 70 minutes (football) or 80% of regular time (other sports) are settled at the score in place at the time of interruption, unless the specific market rules state otherwise.

7.3 Cash Out

The cash out feature is available on most football, basketball, and tennis markets. The cash out value is calculated in real time based on the current probability of the event and may be lower than, equal to, or higher than the original stake. 922be reserves the right to suspend cash out during live data instability or stoppages in play.

7.4 Odds Errors

Clearly incorrect odds — whether due to a technical error, human error, or data feed failure — are not binding on 922be. Bets placed at manifestly erroneous odds may be voided and the stake returned to the user. 922be will notify affected users within 24 hours of identifying the error.

7.5 Maximum Bets

Maximum bet limits vary depending on the event, sport, and market. 922be reserves the right to set individual limits for users whose betting patterns are identified as professional or high-volume, without prior justification.

8. Casino Games & Crash Games

10. Account Closure

10.2 Closure by 922be

14. Changes to These Terms
